Beyond this timeframe, we may be unable to accommodate your request as the order will have already entered the processing phase. If a cancellation is confirmed within the 24-hour window, your refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Damaged Items

We take great pride in our packaging to ensure your order arrives safely. We define a "damaged item" as a product with a clear defect or physical breakage.

  • Note: Cosmetic damage to the outer packaging (dented boxes, etc.) while the product inside remains in perfect condition is not considered a damaged item.

If your item arrives defective, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery. Email contact@vevemo.com with a clear photo of the damage. We will review your claim and, if eligible, provide a replacement at no additional cost. We do not offer refunds or replacements for items damaged through normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental breakage after use.

Shipping and Delivery

While we strive to deliver your order promptly, vevemo.com cannot be held responsible for shipping delays outside of our direct control (e.g., courier issues, customs delays, or extreme weather). If you experience delivery problems, please contact the courier service directly. We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or significantly delayed packages.

Incorrect Shipping Address

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the shipping address is correct at checkout. If an error is made and we are not notified within 24 hours of the order placement, you will not be eligible for a resend or a refund.
